Book of Set scenarios that aren't online yet?

Are the Sedition and Damned Resurrection scenarios from the Book of Set available anywhere online? If not, is there an ETA for when they will be made available?

Hi,

 

Any word on this? As far as I can tell, Sedition and Damned Resurrection can only be found in the Book of Set, which is very expensive to get a hold of on the secondary market.
