help w/ cancelled pledge (English miscommunication)

Here's a summary of the email chain I had with Monolith customer service.


Me: Can I revert to the base $140 pledge I paid for on Kickstarter (e.g. remove add-ons I paid for on Fluent)?

Monolith CS: Please confirm you want us to cancel your $140 pledge and refund 90%.

Me: I don't want to cancel my pledge. Please close this issue.

Monolith CS: We'll cancel your pledge right away.


That most recent reply from Monolith was today, and I'm hoping someone from Monolith can help stop this KS pledge cancellation. Yes, I get the team's primary language is French, so if the team can restore my pledge then no bad feelings on my part.
