You can't. They are refusing to resend compendiums that were lost in transit. On the plus side, the scuttlebutt is that the person responsible for this debacle was fired.

Please. They offered a product. I paid money for them to send me the product. They chose to use a service where they can't locate that product when they are lost, and now they just say "Oopsie daisy! So sad! Tough luck bud!". F that noise. Put on your big boy pants and send out compendiums for those that were lost.

You need to correct the mistake you made previously and re-send copies to those that never arrived. What exactly are the steps to file fraud charges here in the US? Anyone know?

Yep. They believe their obligation has ended since it was free despite having a few hundred left that they refuse to send to those whose packages were lost.

They've flat out refused to re-send compendiums for those of us whose packages were lost in the mail. They have a couple hundred extra, but they basically said "tough shit, it was free" and won't even use the ones they have for replacement. Definitely the worst buying experience I've had from any company in like the last 15 years.

I'd like to see an official printing of the 3-D rocks. The ones I've seen printed by the fans don't look so good. Print lines all through the models. -

I never received my book either in Pennsylvania, USA. I expect either proof of delivery or a refund of my shipping SentMa. What are my options to get my book?

This. Corrected dashboards so the stat clips fit as intended and all the errors between the French and English sides corrected so they are consistent. Also you should send out, for free, the missing Conan dashboards from the Corinthia expansion for those that purchased it. -
