  1. I prefer the idea of having separated tiles with separated colors for Mounted and Dismounted. This will force the Overlord to consider dredging the River or chose carefully which unit to activate. The Mounted units are overpowered (as they should be in my opinion) and I think this drawback will balance them. Anyway, playtesting will give us the answer.
  2. I've decided to use a monolith for the pictogram of Akiro' spell. Kind of works.

  4. Yep, playtesting will help us to balance things. I like the idea of a bigger map for this scenario though (just enlarging the one we have).
  5. I'll take a look to Conan's lion, the tiger and the camel and they all have Movement 4 so you're right. However, I want Thulsa Doom to have the best horse, so he'll move 5 and the rest cavalry tiles will move 4. How does it sound?
  6. Last one for today: Changes for Mounted tiles: - Movement icon changed to distinguish mounted tiles, although it should be pretty evident for the picture. - Movement increased: between 5 and 6 - One attack dice upgraded (in this case from to ) - Armour increased: + 1 Thoughts?
  7. @Florentin, yes I made those. But I've changed my mind a bit about how to handle mounted warriors and I've improved ny graphic skills so I'll made a new one.

Tiles left: - Thulsa Doom (mounted) - Rexor (mounted) - Thorgrim (mounted) - Fangs of Set (mounted) Tokens (round life counters): - Akiro (despite being an ally he'll have more than 1 life point) - Thulsa Doom - Rexor - Thorgrim - Fangs of Set - Pictogram for Akiro' spell (Favor of the Gods): If nobody has a better idea, I'll go for mountrain (Crom's Mountain).

  13. Hi guys! I'm back in business. Please give me some days to catch up with all the posts, it's great to see so many people interested and so active! For now, I'll go on focusing on the remaining tiles needed for Battle on the Mounds. Then we can discuss modifications on the map. Thanks @Xaltotun for the help with graphics and @jpuglio for the stats.
  14. MAP I was thinking that maybe we need less monoliths, so miniatures can move around them and not only between the rows. Perhaps making the monolith "square" a bit bigger and remove some of them?
  15. I had the chance to meet @Florentin yesterday (a real pleasure!) and take a look at the map and it's amazing! We're getting closer to a first release! We still need some tiles: Rexor: illustration nearly done, stats done. Fang of Set (feel free to propose another name) : heavy masked warriors from the Mountain of Power (nothing done) Mounted versions of Thulsa Doom, Rexor, Thorgrim and the soldiers (got screen shoots for TD and R, needed for the rest). Akiro : got everything, just need my computer to make the tile. Regarding the map, we need: - zone division (Florentin already made a proposition for this). -improve some textures. And then the scenario itself. I already have quite a few ideas I've been disclosing, we'll have to see if they work out. I propose to set a deadline to get all this done and deliver a first version of the scenario for playtesting: Christmas 2017. Keep forging the steel!

  17. @XaltotunThose guards are perfect! I wasn't going to include the creepy diaper guy, but now that we have it, I'll give it a thought when we reach that scenario. Thanks a lot for your work! By the way, let's think about stats for the guards. I'd save the Bodyguard skill for the heavy armored masked ones.
