In the Halls of the Dead (Conqueror Exp Adventure Scenario)

I have the opposite issue with this scenario, heroes can't do anything against waves of reinforcements and rocks, Overlord targets Conan all the time and he crumbles under the pressure. We've attempted this scenario 4 times, all end in a devastating loss for the heroes.
