I know we don't have any official scenarios using the combined Warehouse and Docks. But when the two boards match up, the "half" spaces along the border combine with their opposite on the other board. The map aid shows these as single areas. But they have different Occupation Limits on each side. How do we read this? Do we take the larger of the two? Do we add them together for a new higher limit?

I’d say adding the values is the most logical.
