Hello Matt,

today after receiving a mail from Kickstarter I created my account.

What must I do to get the Overlord Compendium?

I read to crate an account before January 15 => Done

But where I must pay the shipping costs - I found no link or anything else ...

This Compendium means the second volume in english language, right? The first volume is only available (is ist available now?) only in French, right?
