I have play tested one so far but will get around to the others as soon as possible. I am having trouble finding time at the moment. My weekends are being taken up a lot at the moment. Having said that I am definitely looking forward to this.
As regards my original question. Should I place testing notes on here or elsewhere? This thread could get rather awkward to follow if everybody’s play testing comments are put here as well.

The LOS you have added are meant to be there. It’s just they weren’t shown because on the top of the map it explains that all boat to boat LOS are valid except those that pass through a mast.

I received mine today (Melbourne Oz). It was bent by the Postman to fit into my letterbox but I am ok with that. Now I'm just waiting for the Book of Set and I am set.

I play tested The Trap (b). Should I post my thoughts or am I getting ahead of things?
-
Actually that is true about the official scenarios.
-
It appears to me their should be LOS between 51 and 39.

I thought about it, but one of the premises with this campaign is to only include items available at retail.
It's tough, because the kickstarter had so much great stuff (not just characters & villains, but weapons and spells).
Oh that's right. I'd forgotten that.

I rolled 2 double hits hits in a row with Yogah plus Conan has attacked a couple of times. Though Conan can't do much cause he has to defend so much. And I agree the scorpions are very weak.
@Ken have you thought about using the Giant Scorpian tile from the Original Kickstarter? They have 2 armour and cause a lot more damage. You may have to reduce the number of scorpions otherwise they could be devastating.

Wow, you must roll better than me! On yellow dice I roll blanks 95% of the time (which usually sucks except for this scenario). As a matter of fact, I have play-tested this about 10 times and he has only lost a total of 3 health. That being said, it makes sense that he would take more damage for average dice rollers.
However, I want the self damage to be part of balancing the scenario (and it is important thematically) - especially since the overlord has the advantage (with Atali). I am actually considering restricting the event tile to 1 activation per Overlord turn to keep the end game being so overwhelmingly in favor of the overlord. This would have the side affect of cutting down on Yogah's self-damage and force the overlord to soften Conan up with crossbowmen/guardsmen reinforcements. Of course, I have to make sure this doesn't swing the non-Atali version too far in favor of the heroes.
FYI - I am also thinking about replacing the useless scorpions with assassins (the ones without reinforcement points) and re-positioning them so they aren't as easy to mow down in one turn.

@Ken. I have been testing the Trap and it is a tough one. I have gotten to the stage where Yogah is down to a couple of gems left and I am too scared to activate the event tile in case I kill him. Was this part of your thinking when creating the scenario?
-
Wow, he is very tough!

It didn’t work for me. It just says download failed. I am using an iPad.

This is my first time playing this scenario so not sure if my tactic is the best. I’ll let you know when I finish.
The scenario requires a lot of thought. It took me awhile to think things through before I started. That’s a good thing by the way.

Thanks for play-testing! I can't wait to hear your thoughts.
As for the stairways, I am concerned about how many rounds the heroes must travel to reach Conan, so I originally planned on 1. But now that you bring it up, 2 makes more sense logically, and I have balanced the upper level enough that it isn't as much of a race as previous versions. How have you been play-testing? With 2?
No, just solo unfortunately.
If it was just 1 then Ikhmet can make it the second level in one turn. If it’s 2 or more he can’t and that can make a big difference because the Dark Demon won’t have time to block him he gets out first turn.
Also Conan killed Atali in one turn. Was that your plan? It does make Conan use gems and does delay him for a bit.

After spending the better part of Saturday on this, I decided having a hero played by the Overlord makes the game swingy. To avoid a Yogah vs. Conan grudge match, I tied Yogah's activations to event cards. I also added Mind Control as an acquirable spell, so Hadrathus can assist Conan even before he reaches the fort. I spent almost all of Sunday play-testing and revising this scenario, but I think I need a fresh set of eyes on this one. Take a look and let me know what you think.
Notes:
1. The Overlord has to use a mix of red and blue gems.
2. Bonus gems from previous scenarios will have to use tokens rather than gems.
3. This picture is from the beginning of the day. It changed quite a bit.
I started playing this one to help test it. One question. There is no mention of how many movement it points it costs to go from one level to the next. Logically it should cost at least 2; one to enter and one to exit. But it could also be 3, one to enter one to travel the stairwell and one to exit. What did you have in mind when creating the scenario?

OH! I thought it meant that if you roll a 3 symbol, that's ignored! Glad I checked!

Well, to be fare I do speak Australian.

The change in Untouchable from "When this character defends against a Ranged Attack, their armor value is increased by 1 for that defense" to "A character with this skill ignores the first rolled symbol when defending against a Ranged Attack" makes Shentu the MVP in a scenario featuring two units of Crossbowmen. Hmm.
Isn’t the result the same? It’s just a different way to express the same thing.

Now, if we could just get a decent movie (or Showcase series).
Or even an Amazon series

@Kheldor I noticed you mentioned you achieved 2 x 9 damage earlier. What did you mean by that? How did you get 2 attacks?

Scenario 4 sounds very mysterious

@Ken this look great and I really like how you've used the two maps.
A couple of observations. In the event you refer to Aesir and Vanir Zombies. Did you actually mean Giant Scorpions?
Also you show Yogah as one of the playable heroes but he is an OL controlled character.
I am really looking forward to seeing the final campaign, great work everyone.

These issues always seem to come from the English speaking community but not from the French. Not judging, just an observation.

The first movie based on a Steven King novel. The second is an Aussie curiosity.

Well done, I like the sound if this, and well done on the preamble. Very Howardian.
One question, there are doors shown on the map but they are not mentioned in the special rules. What does one do with regards to those?
