I just registered at 8:05 pm On the 15th.  One place says register BY the 15th which I interpret to mean before midnight tonight, and another place says before the fifteenth....which is it, please?

It was said that everyone who is registered to overlord-net will get the email based on their account, as the deadline was yesterday probably it's not yet time to get worried if you haven't received email ( I haven't )

Thought I was registered, but when I went to login, my system didn't have any record to autofill and the website doesn't say it's a duplicate. Any chance of retroactive addition to the list?
