Hello, earlier in the week, the French comic book publisher, who translates all DC books through Urban Comics for French speaking market, has announced a new Batman story in 2 books written and drawn by Marini. Marini is one of the best artist in Franco Belgian comics. He started with futuristic road movie, Gipsy, and after a western 2 books story, his style exploded in Rapaces. His "The eagles of Rome" is a big success, but nothing compared to "The Scorpion" and more than one million sold copies, which is huge for franco belgium books. Did you know him ? do you like the art ?

I finally will have my copy ! I discovered the game system through Batman and I really enjoyed it, as the whole family, since waiting for Batman will be a bit long, let's start with Conan

So far, there's the intelligence capacity which didn't exist with Conan and the limits in reroll and defense for the overlord. The idea to burn a turn is great, it opens great scenario possibilities. Stealth is clearly a key point of the character and most of the story lines ...

Clank! , 4 players - a really neat and good deckbuilding game. The dungeon crawl is giving the pressure and the pace to the game. We played it with the whole family and it was a blast: I won with the most impossible luck ever, both in what I draw and the colors of Clank! (noise becomes wound if the Dragon is catching you) drawn from the bag ... I won at the very last minute by 3 points ... Great Western Trail - 2 players - another story there, I tried a full building strategy I totally messed up, I lost by 50 points ...

There are some old run of Batman which have not been translated and I didn't buy books in English at this time, I should dig back into that ... Do you read only Trade paper back or do you buy any single issue ?

Hello there, any idea of the stretch goals you would like to see coming during the KS campaign ? I'd love to : -be able to win some original art from DC artists -have batarangs instead of gems -be able to release a real fume on the board during a deadly attack from the scarecrow (real ice from Mr Freeze might be messy ...) and you ? what would you fancy, what would be a must ?

OK, I've seen Nolan trilogy only in cinema, worth to give it another go ... Since @Sentma strongly advised me Gotham, I bought the first season, and for the convention in 2 weeks, I found a tee shirt which should fit well in the Monolith booth ;) Red hood is not translated in French so I have taken Rebirth#1, but it is really expensive in the UK ... Concerning Wonder Woman, I really enjoyed, as the whole family, it doesn't tend to go heavily on the feminism, she is just a good super hero ... The global script is a bit too close to Captain America to be perfect ... And what I especially enjoyed (big spoiler alert) So for someone who doesn't see a lot of movies, that one is pushing me to see some more ...
