  1. a) You must have an account on this forum (so this condition is valid for the three of us, obviously b) at some point of the future @SentMa will announce here that he will send an e-mail on the address linked to your account (it's the one you'll find under 'Account Settings') with an invitation to Fluent c) using this invitation, you will have some days to create an account on Fluent and order the compendium you want As I haven't used Fluent yet, I can't explain you what you will have to do there. I guess you'll have to give your physical address and pay the shipping fee for the compendium (if it's the same as it was on the French speaking forum, Monolith will offer you the compendium, and you'll have to pay only the shipping fee). I hope this helps and that I haven't said something wrong.
  2. Do you know if they plan to adapt every novel by REH?
  3. Hi, @ronveer. I've had a lot of work this week, so that I couldn't come back to the translation until today. I wasn't sure of what you meant by 'token reward'. Is there a case in the rules of the game or an official scenario in which they are token rewards? I'd gladly look at it to understand how to translate properly this expression.
  4. From the album: The Shivering Hands

With that miniature being painted, I may now play three scenarii of the original box full painted (n°1, 2 and 4)! A great opportunity to initiate new players.
  5. A really cool-looking miniature! I love his conquistador-like look, even if I remember the original character being less classy. It was a pleasure to paint it. And you? What does your Zaporavo look like?
  6. From the album: The Shivering Hands

When I discovered the miniature, I was slightly disappointed by its size. To me, giant spiders need to be more gigantic than that. But then, I read the Tower of the Elephant and I guess this one is fitting the role, with its size "as large as a pig".
  7. Arachnophobia is the phobia number one amongst humans, I've heard. Not surprising if you know that our amygdala are tuned to make us detect what looks like spiders, just in case... Here's mine and its model from real life, an araniella curcubitina I've found on the net (pun intended). I'm really looking forward to see your little eight-eyed, eight-legged abominations.
  8. By reading Beyond the Black River and looking at Louinet's comments, it seems to me that REH's Picts are more similar to Native American than to the historical Pictish tribes. Here's my Pictish archers, by the way, painted quite a while back:
  9. Neat idea! I can't translate the description of the file today, but I'll try to look at it tomorrow. 10. I have translated Deck_of_Worthless_objects_Conan_Monolith_RVv1_2018.pdf but am waiting for an answer to a question to @Pallantides and still have to translate the description. Working on it. Where is the example you updated? Is this the description on the forum, or in the afore-mentionned document?
  11. I love this one. It would be great to have this on French as well. What about I translate the cards and rules into French, so that you may upload a French version on the other forum?
  12. Well, I'm not about to paint them soon, as they're scheduled around 2034 (joke aside, it's been one year since I started painting Conan, and after I've finished the miniature I'm painting now, I'll have done only 25% of them )... but anyway, I think I'm gonna give them a full black armour (obviously) with hints of gold, just like I did for my Heroquest Chaos warriors back in the 90s. As for the clothed part on their shoulder, I'm not sure yet. Maybe purple.
  13. *checks the artwork* You're right! I guess I just saw them in full armour just because I was expecting to see them like this. A striking example of cognitive bias!
  14. These miniatures may be my favourite of the whole game. Badassest bodyguards ever. I like yours and would never have thought to paint their knees and arms as if it was skin. I always understood that as armour. Nice work!
  15. From the album: The Shivering Hands

Bowmen with style. Always happy to have them on a board, as the OL.
  16. So much tiny details on these bowmen. I thought I'd never see the end of it! As always, the picture shows you imperfections you didn't spot while painting... like the eyes, for instance.
  17. Fenryll's miniatures may add to that disparity of scales. As you see, the Innkeeper and the maid are quite tall, even to N'gora (not to speak to the tiny Savage Bêlit), while the prisoner looks quite small, mostly because he's bending over. For me, the downside of the Corinthia villagers is that they seem to me to be "outdoor commoners" (carrying grain or water, exploring a dark area). Those actions don't fit well with inside maps... and that's why I chose to add some variety as well as commoners fitting to specific maps.
  18. Hi there. I find this Community Generated Campaign really interesting. I thought about joining the team to write a scenario, but then I was somewhat afraid by the tremendous amount of work in order to create, not a catchy story per se, but a balanced and interesting game. So I was very glad that people braver than I answered to the call of @Matt John S. I haven't proposed to be playtester, because I'm going to start the Campaign Devil of Iron, with my regular players (this very saturday). As a matter of fact, I don't play Conan as much as I wish. I haven't yet had the time to play @drmauric's thrilling scenario with the gals punching that giant, and it was, like, months ago. So, I just wanted to stress that, even if the English-speaking forum may be quiet, it doesn't necessarily means that people don't care.
  19. Hi there. You'll find here a gimp file made by genesteal28 very useful to do your own monster tiles for the Skelos Book. One of the many layers is the blood stain you're looking for.
  20. From the album: The Shivering Hands

I really like that miniature from Fenryll shop. I feel sympathetic for all those innkeepers that keep getting their inns destroyed by PCs. Rolepaying games are bitchy to NPC commoners.
  21. "Well, I don't extend credit, even to Cimmerians. So either you pay for what you drink, or you stay thirsty. It's up to you." Another miniature from that Innkeeper pack by Fenryll.
  22. Thanks for the tip, @Epaka! I didn't get as large splatters as you. I guess it will take some practice, but I think the result has improved my Bêlit a bit. Before After (added some more shade and blood splatter) As I was afraid to get blood in her face (mostly in her eyes) I used a small tape to cover her face. The downside is that now, her head is too clean in contrast to her body...
  23. It was a daring move to splash her with blood. I wished to do that with Savage Bêlit, but didn't dare. I really like the result, it encourages me to have a try! What type of brush did you use, @Epaka?
  24. Welcome around, @ronveer and thanks for sharing your work regarding this matter. You might be interested in a topic of the French-Speaking community which was looking for miniatures in the same spirit as yours: https://the-overlord.com/index.php?/topic/1480-kit-de-parité-pour-les-héros/ You'll find there ideas by @Doucefeuille and @Edouard Le sec of feminine proxies of male characters or substitute for the scantily clad female characters.
