Not Quite Dead Posted May 28, 2017 Posted May 28, 2017 (edited) What does a time of high adventures look like with an unpainted hero? Here's my Conan. I'd be pleased to see your Cimmerian! Edited August 31, 2019 by Not Quite Dead Picture reuploaded 4
Mekhlis Posted August 24, 2017 Posted August 24, 2017 I plan on painting all my gamepieces in the next several months. 5
Not Quite Dead Posted August 24, 2017 Author Posted August 24, 2017 Good luck with that project, @Mekhlis! I've started to paint mine at the end of march, and have made only sixty for now. I wonder how long it will take me to paint them all. That is, if I manage to paint them all. 1
Rhell Posted August 24, 2017 Posted August 24, 2017 I painted the minis for the first scenario and have started on the second scenario figs. I will work through them a scenario at a time! 6
Epaka Posted August 25, 2017 Posted August 25, 2017 Great work everyone! I'm still fairly new to miniature painting. I got into it with Zombicide, and I have that game and a couple expansions fully painted. Painting zombies is very forgiving and a good way to build skill. After that I fully painted my copy of Cthulhu Wars, which was fun and a bit easier because of the enormous size of most of the creatures. Now I've been tackling Conan, and I have most of the base game and stretch goals done, as well as a few of the add-ons. 7
Epaka Posted January 19, 2018 Posted January 19, 2018 (edited) Not crazy about some aspects of this Mercenary Conan paint job, and it’s before I added Dulcote and blood, but I’ll share anyways.... He’s chilling out and drying with a few pals in this pic. Side note: this was the last of my Army Painter paint jobs. I did a couple since then with my new set of Vallejo paint... Wow! Vallejo is noticeably better paint to work with in every way. I’m still a newbie to this mini painting thing, but I can highly recommend it. Also, @Matt John S, you are 100% right about Citadel Purtity Seal being garbage. It ruined my Zelata... I have gone back to reliable old Dulcote. Great stuff... :) Edited January 19, 2018 by Epaka 1

Now do yourself a favor and throw that citadel seal in the trash. Get some Testors dullcote spray and never look back. It's the best stuff you can buy. It is known.
Matt John S Posted January 19, 2018 Posted January 19, 2018 I'm not totally happy with this one either, @Epaka, but he'll do. 3
Epaka Posted February 22, 2018 Posted February 22, 2018 Just painted the last of the many Conan miniatures. Pictured here with a few other recent efforts. Just gotta blast these warriors with a bit of Dulcote and they will be ready for battle... Getting very close to having the Core game, and all stretch goals / add-ons fully painted! 5

Kudos, @Epaka! I can't imagine how much time you spent on it! I hope you will show us the result of your hard work! 1

And, to clarify, I’m not nearly done yet, I still have the Expansions to do! 🤔
Warlocksley Posted February 24, 2018 Posted February 24, 2018 Not brilliant, but looks OK on the tabletop :) 4
Walrusboy77 Posted April 27, 2018 Posted April 27, 2018 I took my time with him, since he was the first one painted, and he's still my best mini from this game so far. 5
Epaka Posted April 30, 2018 Posted April 30, 2018 Cromdammit, you are painting at a whole other level than I am @Walrusboy77!... Great work.
Not Quite Dead Posted May 29, 2018 Author Posted May 29, 2018 (edited) It's kinda hard to put a picture after @Walrusboy77... Anyway: here's my Amra. Edited August 31, 2019 by Not Quite Dead Picture reuploaded 1
Epaka Posted December 2, 2018 Posted December 2, 2018 Had a couple Conan minis sitting around from the Age of Conan Strategy Game expansion... They are the right size for the Monolith Conan game, so, I figure they can rotate in to change up the miniature options for someone playing as Conan. 1
garbetsp Posted December 3, 2018 Posted December 3, 2018 I forgot I had this on my shelf. >Runs off to dig through shelves< 1
